Britney Vs Brittany
It's Britney's week on the Big Top 40, she's appeared in a Glee special and released her new single.
If you love Britney and Glee then tonight you've probably had a good week. On Monday night Britney made an appearance at William McKinley High School.
Last week Lady Gaga's 'Telephone' appeared in the iTunes Live Top Ten the morning after Glee aired, so tomorrow we could see a chart full of Britney songs.
The cast of the show performed covers of 'I'm a Slave 4 U', 'Me Against the Music', '...Baby One More Time', 'Stronger' and 'Toxic' in the episode which revolved around Glee choir member Brittany, who would have known her full name is Brittany S Peers.
The show's creator, Ryan Murphy said the Britney "certainly has a huge body of work to pull from and the kids grew up with her so that is a consideration."
As well as seeing a host of Britney classic in the chart, we're also looking out for Britney's new single, 'Hold It Against Me' which was released on iTunes on Monday. Could Britney top our chart on Sunday?
