Wiley knocks Calvin Harris and Example off the top of the Vodafone Big Top 40 this week with his summer smash 'Heatwave'.
The Ms.D featuring track climbs one space in its second week on the chart with Lawson claiming the highest new entry at number four.
Calvin dropped to two with the highest climber coming from Far East Movement for the second week running, jumping a massive 19 places this week to break into the top five.
Conor Maynard was the biggest faller on the chart with 'Vegas Girl' dropping 11 places to 17.
Elsewhere, other notable new entries came from Arctic Monkeys with their cover of The Beatles' 'Come Together' from the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony charting at 30.
Rita Ora and Usher were also re-entries on the this week's chart.
