Cheryl tops the Big Top 40
Last week Alexandra Burke claimed the top spot when her new single became last week's highest new entry. This week, her former X Factor mentor, Cheryl Cole has knocked her off the top.
Today saw the release of one of the most anticipated singles of the year. Cheryl Cole's 'Fight For This Love' was released on Sunday morning and by the time we lockdown our chart at 6pm, the song was sitting at No. 1.
We also saw a high new entry for Michael Buble, his brilliant new single, 'Haven't Met You Yet' was new at No. 8 this week.
And at No. 30, a song to keep your eye on. The new one from the Black Eyed Pease, 'Meet Me Halfway' has the potential to climb the chart over the coming weeks.
