Jedward's back alright!

Jedward are like real musicians, they've got a proper album coming out and everything.

The 18 year old twins, John and Edward divided the nation with their questionable performances on 2009's X Factor.

The boys controversially made it through to week seven of the live show, eventually getting knocked out by Olly Murs.  While many viewers criticised the judges for allowing them to remain in the show, others loved the quirky covers and unusual song choices.

Despite only placing 6th in the contest, Jedward went on to release their debut single at the beginning of the year, 'Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby)' made it to No. 2 in the Big Top 40.

They've embarked on a sell out Irish tour and now almost a year after the X Factor, Jedmania continues as the twins bring us their brand new album, 'Planet Jedward'.

'Planet Jedward' track list

The album, which is released on July 25th, features a selection of songs which John and Edward performed on the X Factor, sadly 'Ooops! I Did It Again' isn't included, take a look at the full track list below and let us know if your favourite is there...

Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby)
Jedward have cleverly fused Queen & David Bowie's 1981 hit with Vanilla Ice's No. 1 song, it gave the boys a No. 2 hit in 2010.

All The Small Things
'All The Small Things' gave US rockers Blink 182 a No. 2 hit in 2000, it's due to be Jedward's second single, will it do as well for them?

Everybody
A top ten Backstreet Boys track from 1997, the original included the line "Backstreet's back alright", Jedward have used their genius to re-work that line, get ready to chant "Jedward's back alright".

Ghostbusters
The theme from the Ghostbusters movie was one of Jedward's most memorable covers from last year's X Factor live shows.

Fight For Your Right To Party
This Jedward cover was originally a hit for Beastie Boys in 1987.

I Want Candy
'I Want Candy' was originally performed by Brian Poole & The Tremeloes in 1965, since then a whole host of artists have covered in, including Mel C most recently in 2007.

Jump
When we saw 'Jump' on the track list, first we though Van Halen, then Cypress Hill... but no, this is a Kriss Kross cover, Daddy Mack'll make you JUMP JUMP!

I Like To Move It
Another obscure cover, Reel 2 Real from 1995 - it's also the song that Basshunter's current single 'Saturday' samples.

Rock DJ
The twins performed this Robbie classic on week 5 of the X Factor live shows, it scored Robbie a No. 1 back in 2000.

Teenage Kicks
The Undertones originally recorded 'Teenage Kicks' in 1978, since then it's been covered by a load of artists including Razorlight, Ash, Franz Ferdinand, Supergrass, Snow Patrol, KT Tunstall, The Coral and The Raconteurs.

Pop Muzik
'Pop Muzik' was original a No. 2 hit for British band M in 1979, we though they might have changed the line "New York, Paris, London, Munich" to get a Dublin mention in.

  5. "Apart from the fact that every single song they have brought out is a "cover" (cough *nearly word to word copy of the other songs*), Jedward are terrible for three reasons: 1. They have no talent (in singing or dancing) 2. They take themselves seriously 3. They have the gall to have the most appalling taste in fashion and hair styling... In short they fail."
