Labrinth wants to sing with X Factor's Cher
It might sound strange for the producer of Tinie Tempah's hit singles 'Pass Out' and 'Frisky' to say that he wants to work with a 17-year-old who was totally unknown only a few weeks ago.
However, hip hop star Labrinth has been so impressed by young Cher Lloyd on the latest series of the X Factor, that he wants to do exactly that.
"She's killing it, I think she's delivering" he said. "She's bringing that unique side to the show, which you have to respect. I'd definitely want to work with her. Her version of 'Viva La Vida' on last week's show was inventive.
"I respect people who try something different and don't go by the books. It was a brave performance. I'd like to throw one of my tracks at her and see what she does with it."
Labrinth has worked with Tinie Tempah on his hit singles this year, and has also released his own record, 'Let The Sun Shine', which was No.3 on the Big Top 40 last weekend.
