Miley's stalker gets a restraining order
Following his second arrest, Miley Cyrus' 53 year old stalker has been told to stay away from the star and stop tweeting her too.
Mark Owen McLeod was first arrested back in June, charged with disorderly conduct after repeatedly showing up on the set of Miley's new movie, The Last Song.
McLeod, who according to the website TMZ, claims that Miley has been sending him "secret messages" through her TV show, seems to have appointed him self as Miley's finance. Judging by his tweets , he seems set on marrying the 16 year old star.
McLeod has recently been arrested a second time, which has lead him being issued with a temporary restraining order.
A copy of McLeod's restraining order has been leaked on the internet. Amongst the conditions, the document bans McLeod from "all forms or manner of contact" with Miley and specifically forbids him from using Twitter and social network sites to harass the teen.
