  1. "Rage Against the machine - Been widely known for years, and will be remembered in many years to come. Not to mention they can actually PLAY music and Killing in the Name is an absolute classic Joe - Been widely known for a couple of months, and will not be remembered in a couple of years, e.g shayne ward, leon jackson, where are they now? The Climb - Not his song, Original singer also sucks. "

  4. "Alexandra Burke shot to number one last year because she went on TV for a few weeks and then sang a song she didn't even write herself (and most people think 'Hallelujah' was originally by Jeff Buckely not Leoonard Cohen, who oringinally wrote it). Why should she have been number 1 when other original bands and artists have worked hard for very little recognition or success?"

  6. "Xfactor has been hijacking/monopolising the #1 spot for years now and rendering it pointless. RATM is a protest to this nonsense. The true #1 is actually #3 if ya know what I mean"

  7. " i am pensioner, with a family born and bread in music of all genres. I NEVER SEEN X FACTOR. or any programs of the like ever, but this debate has got to me . i must say joe seems a nice lad, but really believe RATM must make no 1. .If only to bring back individual talent. not the tweeny pop we now have, I will buy RATM. as a protest.Joe will do fine at Disney.Happy hols to all"

  8. "RATM are not crap, they are non conformist and its about time this joke of having a plastic pop star singing other peoples songs ( no less a 2 bit disney song as No1) its pathetic am happy Joe won a local Lad but it would be nice to have a diffrent No1 not one that for some reason simon cowell thinks has a devine right to be there. SO F8ck you i wont do what you tell me!!!"
