Will the real Sugababes please stand up?
Original Sugababe, Mutya Buena has announced that she's fighting for the rights to use the name of her former band.
Mutya left the band in 2005, since then there has been several changes to the band's line-up, concluding with the departure of Keisha, the last original member, last year.
Now Mutya is looking to start legal action which will entitled her to use the name Sugababes on her own CD, DVD and music releases.
So, who are the real Sugababes?
2001: Keisha Buchanan, Siobhán Donaghy and Mutya Buena.
2010: Amelle Berrabah, Jade Ewen and Heidi Range.

"If anyone has a case, it would be Keisha. She didn't leave...was forced out and was the last original. Look at the Supremes case...Mary Wilson stuck around and retains the right to use the name. Or the Village People...Randy Jones (the cowboy) stuck it out and has the right to use the name. Keisha could say she had the intention to stay, but the label and mgmt. made the move, thus not her choice. "
