Week 1: Copenhagen – 12th November
Vodafone Passes on Big Top 40, November 2017
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Vodafone Roaming Cannes’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Sunday 12th November on Big Top 40.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. One entrant will be selected to play at random from all valid eligible entries.
5. The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry.
6. The winner will be announced and brought to air during the Big Top 40 show.
7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

9. Entrants must be able to travel on specified dates (2nd – 4th December 2017)
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
19. Flights depart from London on 2nd December 2017 and returns on 4th December 2017. Winners must be available to travel on these dates.
20. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
21. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a one bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis (twin beds cannot be guaranteed).
22. Names must be received before the 28th November 2017.
23. Should the phone and speaker products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, Global reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
24. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
25. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
Week 2: Christmas dinner and a movie – 19th November

Prize Terms and Conditions:
12. Winner must be available to travel between the 7th December 2017 – 9th December 2017. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Travel will be by train, must be off peak.

14. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a twin room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
15. Based on two adults enjoying a 4-course meal from the Christmas menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
16. Tickets for two people to see the Polar Express at the Winter Forest Cinema at 19:00 on the 8th December 2017. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Food and drinks voucher will be up to the value of £40.00.
17. Ice Skating at Somerset House is subject to availability and will last approximately 1 hour. Time are as follows: 08.45 - 09.45* / 10.00 - 11.00 / 11.15 - 12.15 / 12.30 - 13.30 / 13.45 - 14.45 / 15.00 - 16.00 / 16.15 - 17.15 / 17.30 - 18.30 / 18.45 - 19.45 / 20.00 - 21.00 / 21.15 - 22.15 / 22.30 - 23.30.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

22. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
23. Topshop personal shopper is subject to availability and last approximately 1 hour. 1 person per session.
24. Bar Ice sessions are 20 minutes long and is subject to availability. One cocktail per person. Make sure you wrap up warm as Bar Ice is kept very cold with the temperature set at -10°c. you will be provided with a winter cloak and gloves on arrival. No age restriction but under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Alcoholic drinks will be served to over 18’s only.
25. Ice skating session times run every hour, on the hour, between 10:00 and 21:00 and is subject to availability. Each ice skating session will last 50 minutes. Make sure you arrive 20 minutes before your booked session so you’ve got time to get your skates on at the skate hire. You can bring your own ice skates with you, subject to a suitability check. Please note speed skaters are not allowed. The ice skates are available in minimum children’s size 9, maximum adult’s size 13. All bags and large items are required to be checked in to the cloakroom provided at £1 per item. For safety reasons cameras are not allowed whilst on the ice. We have a professional photographer who can take a souvenir photo for you. Please wear suitable clothing for skating and wrap up warm.
26. Giant Observation Wheel flight will last for approximately 20 min and is subject availability. Please notify staff on arrival that you are booked on a VIP Pod. Please bear in mind that children must be accompanied by a person 16 or over. The last flight is at 21:45.
27. Winter wonderland is open from Friday 17 November 2017 to Monday 1 January 2018.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
13. Winners list will need to be supplied by the 6th December 2017. All items on the winner’s gift list are subject to availability at the time of shopping and winners will need to be specific about which items they would like including sizes, colours and models. Should any items be unavailable via conventional methods, NDL will consult with winner to offer alternative similar item or potentially deliver post-Christmas. All gifts will be delivered to the winners home address no later than 23rd December 2017. Maximum number of items is 10.

18. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Iceland). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per couple.
