RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/#mWCj43cgVffCwvEm.97 ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘VOXI Unframed with HRVY’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Sunday 20^th May, 2018 to Sunday 17^th June, 2018 on The Big Top 40 (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the competition entrants must go online to www.bigtop40.com, correctly answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Sunday 20^th May 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 17th June, 2018.
Entrants will answer a multiple choice question relating to a video found on the competition page.
From all correct and valid entries, one winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry by 5pm on Monday 18^th June 2018. If they have not responded to Global by 5pm on Tuesday 19^th June then their entry will become void and another winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 or over
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Cash will be provided by Global and sent to the named winner via cheque.
Should the products specified in the prize package be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group (on behalf of Global) reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.  
Spotify Premium subscription is for 24 consecutive months only. Should the winner wish to continue the membership after this point, they should do so at their own expense. Subscription will be supplied as 2x 12x month gift memberships.  
Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct UK bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.  
Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.  
All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL (on behalf of Global) receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner  
All Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
