Wint A Trip To The Lake District

RULES

1. 1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Vodafone Roaming Barcelona’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Sunday 20th August on Big Top 40.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
3. Details of the Competition:
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
5. One entrant will be selected to play at random from all valid eligble entries.
6. The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry.
7. The winner will be announced and brought to air during the Big Top 40 show.
8. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Should the winner live more than 5 hours train travel time from their destination, flights will be sourced where possible, subject to availability.
2. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on four adults sharing two twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
3. Based on two adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the al la carte menu.
4. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Deep tissue back massage will last approximately 30 minutes per person and is subject to availability.
5. Half day rock climbing will last 4 hours and is subject to availability. Rock climbing is suitable for all ages and abilities. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring clothes to keep warm and dry in all weathers, waterproof jacket and trousers (jeans are not suitable for outdoor activities) please bring Lunch and drinks. Plenty of snacks are a good idea to keep your energy levels up all day. Weather dependant and season dependant. Two time options a day: first option from 9:30 and the second option is from 13:30. Exotic coconut rub and milk ritual wrap will last approximately 45 minutes per person and is subject to availability.
6. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
7. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
