A look at the best highlights from this Sunday's chart.

  1. Taylor Swift DJing

    1. 65 - Appearances made by Taylor Swift tracks.

'Blank Space', 'Shake It Off' and 'Style' have now notched up an impressive combined week count of 65. Making Taylor the only artists to have a years worth of appearances in the Vodafone Big Top 40 at this very moment. Picture: Getty

    2. 8: Amazing new entries.

There were so many incredible new tunes on Sunday that we are just going to list them off for you…'See You Again' by Wiz Khalifa, 'Cheerleader' by Omi, 'Fester Skank' by Lethal Bizzle, 'Can't Stop Playing' from Dr Kucho!, 'Rumors' by Pep & Rash, 'The Wolf' from Mumford & Sons, 'Ship To Wreck' by Florene + The Machine and a COVER of Omi's 'Cheerleader' too.

  3. Chris Brown Coachella 2015

  4. Ed Sheeran Summertime Ball 2014

    4. 39: Weeks 'Thinking Out Loud' spent in the chart before finally leaving the top 40.

He was one week short of making it to our favourite number however Ed Sheeran's ballad was finally pushed out after spending the good part of a YEAR in the chart. Picture: PA

  5. Omi press shot

    5. 1: Sneaky cover version.

When a song is as popular as Omi's 'Cheerleader' you have to expect there will be a few copycats on iTunes before the track is released. Well in Sunday's chart an artist called Normanrockx actually made it to No.29 with his cover of the sun soaked tune.

  6. Years & Years Facebook Photo

    6. 8: Former No.1s made the top 40 this weekend.

Just under 10% of the songs in the countdown have already spent some time at the top of the chart including Years & Years' smash 'King'.

  7. Ed Sheeran Wedding

    7. 1: The first time in 2015 Ed Sheeran has only had a single song in the top 40.

The king of the chart only has his 'Bloodstream' collaboration with Rudimental left in the chart.

  8. David Guetta Coachella 2015

    8. 13 - Collaborations making their mark on the chart.

We've got a former Beatle teaming up with Rihanna, Mr. Worldwide and Ne-Yo as well as the record breaking super team of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. Picture: Getty

  9. Kodaline 2015

    9. 6: Biggest amount of places a song jumped up the chart.

Kodaline's 'The One' has now spent an entire month in the Vodafone Big Top 40 jumping from No.33 to No.27 on Sunday's show.

  10. John and Sam

    10. 19: Largest drop in places by a single song.

Sam Smith and John Legend's 'Lay Me Down' dropped from just inside the top ten all the way to No.29.
