1. 17: High flying weeks
'Uptown Funk' finally left the top ten for the first time in SEVENTEEN weeks. Mark Ronson's instant classic came in at No.14 just behind Rihanna's 'B*tch Better Have My Money'.
2. 5: Fantastic new entries
Meghan Trainor, Dappy, Nick Jonas, Luke Friend all bagged themselves a place in the chart. As well as your brand new No.1…
3. 1: Brand spanking new No.1 single
Stevie McCrorie's 'Lost Stars' shot into first place just hours after its release. The Voice UK star knocked Jess Glynne off the top after two weeks in pole position.
4. 3: New double-digit members
Former No.1 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding, Rihanna's 'FourFiveSeconds' and Maroon 5's 'Sugar' have now both spent an incredible ten weeks each in the Vodafone Big Top 40.
5. 15: Biggest rise in chart places
Kygo and Conrad Sewell's 'Firestone' came from No.23 to power its way into the top ten beating the likes of Sam Smith and Hozier.
6. 17: Biggest drop in the chart
Sia's 'Elastic Heart' has the biggest drop in chart places this weekend however this isn't a big surprise as last week's return to the top ten was off the back of a live TV performance of the track. Picture: Getty
7. 39: Weeks of 'Thinking Out Loud'
Ed Sheeran's former No.1 has now notched up an impressive ten months worth of appearances in the Vodafone Big Top 40.
8. 7: No.1 songs in 2015
We have now had seven No.1 singles so far this year. This means that the average length a single spends at the top of the chart is TWO weeks.
