Full Terms and Conditions
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/terms-conditions/ the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Vodafone Trending’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday1st November 2018 to Friday 30th November 2018on the Big Top 40 (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.bigtop40.com, locate the Vodafone Trending competition page, correctly answer a multiple-choice question, select which entertainment bundle they would like & register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 00.01am on Thursday 1st November 2018 and close at 23.59pm on Friday 30th November 2018.
5. From all correct & eligible entries received, 1 x overall winner will be selected at random.
6. Winner will be notified by phone &/or email from the details provided at point of entry.
7. We will use your details to run the Vodafone Trending competition and contact the winner(s). We won’t send you marketing unless you have explicitly agreed to this by ticking the opt-in box to receiving marketing from Big Top 40 and our partner Vodafone UK. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here http://www.bigtop40.com/privacy-policy/ and Vodafone UK’s Privacy Policy is available here www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy
Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be aged 18 years of age or over.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

The winner will receive;

- Choice of 12 Month entertainment subscription of winner’s choice. Choose from:
- Now TV – Entertainment Pass Package
- Sky Sports Mobile – Pack 1
- Spotify Premium
- Amazon Prime Video
Prize Terms and Conditions:
10. Winner to choose between Spotify Premium, Now TV or Sky Sports Mobile subscription. Spotify Premium subscription will be valid for 12 consecutive months only. Now TV subscription will be based on the Entertainment Pass package. Sky Sports Mobile subscription will be based on Pack 1 which includes: Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 2, and Sky Sports News HQ. For Now TV and Sky Sports, the cash equivalent will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. The winner will be required to complete the subscription process themselves upon receipt of the funds. All subscriptions will be subject to availability.
11. Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
12. Neither Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com, nor any of their affiliates are a sponsor of this promotion.
13. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
