RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/#mWCj43cgVffCwvEm.97 ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘VOXI Unframed with Sigrid’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Sunday 15^th April 2018 to Sunday 13^th May 2018 on The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the competition entrants must go online to www.bigtop40.com, correctly answer x3 questions and register their details. Online entry will open at 16:00 on Sunday 15^th April 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 13th May 2018.
Entrants will answer three multiple choice questions relating to a video found on the competition page. Each question answered correctly will equate to a prize item they will then be eligible to win if selected.
One entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will win their corresponding prizes.
The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry by 5pm on Monday 14^th May 2018. If they have not responded to Global by 5pm on Tuesday 15th May then their entry will become void and another winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid bank account.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Cash will be sent via cheque or BACS transfer from Global to the named winner only.
Should the tech products listed be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group (on behalf of Global) reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Product specifications will be as delivered and are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
Spotify is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.  
All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL (on behalf of Global)  receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner  
All Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
