Cheryl has revealed to The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 that she's looking for someone to feature on her new song and she thinks rapper Cardi B or 'Love Lies' singer Khalid could fit the bill.

Cheryl made her return to music this month with the catchy track 'Love Made Me Do It' and there's more on the way.

The singer confirmed that she's recorded a number of other tracks with fellow Girls Aloud member, Nicola Roberts.

But there's one track in particular that Cheryl is looking for someone else to be on - and she's got two names in mind.

"I do want a feature for one of them," she revealed, "first of all, I love Khalid... and I'd love Cardi B."

Khalid and Cardi B have both been involved in a number of chart hits in 2018, with Khalid claiming his first ever Number 1 with Halsey as part of Benny Blanco's 'Eastside'.

Cardi B's 'I Like It' is one of the biggest tracks of the year and the American rapper also features on Maroon 5's hit single 'Girls Like You'.

Cheryl was chatting to Marvin Humes and Kat Shoob about her new music, in an interview set to air on The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 this Sunday afternoon (18th November).

The star said that that she has "enough songs for an album" in the bag but is "going to go song-by-song" before deciding whether she'll release a full studio album or not.

You can hear more from Cheryl on The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 this Sunday from 4pm.
