Has Demi Lovato unfollowed Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas on Instagram?

Demi Lovato appears to have had a social media clear-out, unfollowing old friends Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas on Instagram.

The 'Cool for the Summer' singer has unfollowed a number of famous pals on Instagram recently.

Fans noticed that Demi no longer follows Nick Jonas, who she's known since the pair starred in Disney movie Camp Rock.

Demi is still following Nick's brothers Joe and Kevin Jonas, along with their parents and Kevin's wife Danielle.

The star has also removed Iggy Azalea from her feed despite the two seemingly being close friends.

Demi unfollowed Selena Gomez earlier this year, though that didn't come as too much of a surprise to fans. She unfollowed Selena on Instagram briefly back in 2014, something she later addressed in a TV interview.

"I think it's just one of those things where people change and people grow apart," she told American show Watch What Happens Live.

We're not sure exactly why Demi decided to unfollow Nick and Iggy, though she recently commented on Instagram: "True friends don't do interviews about you when you OD."

However, Demi still follows both on Twitter so there's perhaps not too much to be taken from the move.
