George Ezra has bagged the Number one spot on The Sky VIP Big Top 40 once again with his bona fide upbeat bop, 'Green Green Grass'.

For the second week in a row, George Ezra has reigned the Big Top 40 with 'Green Green Grass' – a tune that has been climbing the chart all summer!

The 29-year-old singer-songwriter dethroned none other than Beyoncé after her month-long streak at the top with the undeniable dance anthem, 'BREAK MY SOUL'.

Number 2 goes to Kate Bush with the pop culture phenomenon that is 'Running Up That Hill (Deal With God), thanks to the viral Stranger Things 4 scene. The 1985 song from the British icon has remained in the Top 10 since its renaissance began in June.

The highest new entry comes from Central Cee with 'Doja' at Number 8, of course, the song is titled after the wonderful Doja Cat – thankfully, Central Cee recorded a clean radio edit for the cheeky tune

Other new tunes to the chart hail from Lizzo with '2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)', the second single from her hotly-dropped album 'Special, as well as James Hype with the electronic number, 'Ferrari'.

Calvin Harris' mega collaboration project 'Stay With Me' with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Halse and Pharrell Williams remains in the Top 5.

The Scottish DJ featured in the show to speak to Will Manning about the release, when quizzed on getting to work with three incredible vocalists on one track he said, "it's a mad experience".

"I love the record as well, it's unique I think," Calvin continued.

An interesting new artist entered the Top 40 this week and they even popped into the studio to talk about their song that's been creeping up the chart, 'Keeping It Strange'. The mysterious masked duo – called Self Made – briefly spoke to Will about their track.

The highest climber this week comes from pop band OneRepublic with 'I Ain't Worried', which rose by a whopping 16 spaces! The release coincided with Top Gun: Maverick movie soundtrack.
