Little Mix reveal why they have learnt to say 'No'

Little Mix share the empowering message behind new single 'No' on The Official Big Top 40.

The girls got honest about their newest track, as Jade Thirlwell joined host Will Manning in the studio, and Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock via Zoom.

"We've all been yes people before haven't we and sometimes you encounter relationships where you always feel like you're bending for them", Jade reveals.

Jade goes on to say that the song "is what it says on the tin to be honest. It's about saying no."

Little Mix also went on to reveal how boy drama can provide great songwriting content.

Jade joked that "usually there is a knock-on effect".

The singer continued: "there's definitely been times in the past where one of them will come in and say "I've just had an argument with my boyfriend" and I'll go home and start one n'all".

'No' is the latest track from Little Mix's album 'Between Us', climbing 5 spots this week to claim 6th position on The Official Big Top 40 chart.
