Majestic's 'Rasputin' announced as the UK's Number 1

Majestic and Boney M.'s 'Rasputin' has climbed to Number 1 on The Official Big Top 40.

Majestic's remix of the Boney M. classic 'Rasputin' has gone to the top of the UK's biggest chart show.

The track was originally released in 1978 but has seen a resurgence in the last few months on TikTok.

DJ and producer Majestic remixed the song and it's slowly climbed to Number 1 on The Official Big Top 40.

Dev Griffin, in for Will Manning, announced the news to Majestic on Zoom and awarded him the Number 1 trophy.

It means Ella Henderson and Tom Grennan slip to Number 2 with 'Let's Go Home Together'. The track has spent a total of three weeks at the top of the chart.

There were New Entries this week for Mimi Webb, BTS, London Grammar, Demi Lovato and Russ Millions & Tion Wayne.
