Years & Years' new single 'Starstruck' has climbed to Number 1 on The Official Big Top 40.

Olly Alexander has bagged his first Number 1 since going solo with Years & Years.

'Starstruck' climbed to the top of the UK's biggest chart show this Sunday, with Will Manning revealing the news to Olly.

The singer and actor seemed pretty happy with the result and to get hold of another Official Big Top 40 Number 1 trophy.

It's Years & Years' first Number 1 song since 'King' went to the top back in 2015.

Years & Years recently announced that the group would be continuing as a solo project of lead singer Olly.

Last week's Number 1 - 'Anywhere Away from Here' from Rag'n'Bone Man and P!nk - dropped six places to Number 7.

The week's highest New Entry was AJ Tracey's new single 'Little More Love' at Number 14.
