2014’s Hottest Albums on The Vodafone Big Top 40

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with the general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.bigtop40.com/help/competition-rules/) apply to ‘[2014’s Hottest Albums]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on all stations that broadcast The Vodafone Big Top 40 chart show on Sunday 28th December 2014.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word WIN plus their name and location to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates and the opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
  2. From all the correct and eligible entries received, one entrant will be selected at random and brought to air.
  3. All entrants selected to play will be required to record a call to be broadcast on air during the show. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random. The producer’s decision is final.

 

Eligibility:

  1. Entries are limited to one entry per person and those that enter more than once may be charged for each text message but only one will be counted as part of the prize draw.

Prize:

  1. The winner will receive a bundle of a minimum of 15 physical CD albums from the following list:

  1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
  2. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize.
