RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Vodafone Music Pass Grammys’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Sunday 21st January 2018 on Big Top 40.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword GRAMMY when instructed by the on-air presenter to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. One entrant will be selected to play at random from all valid eligible entries and will need to correctly answer a question.
5. The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry, and brought to air during the Big Top 40 show to answer their question be awarded their prize if they are correct.
6. If they answer incorrectly another caller will be selected at random from all valid entries received. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.
7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and must hold a valid passport and be allowed to and from the United States.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

10. One winner will receive:
• Return flights for two people to New York, USA
• Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel
• 3 nights’ accommodation at a 4-star New York Hotel
• Tickets for two people to a gig of the winner’s choice at Madison Square Garden

Prize Terms and Conditions:
11. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and USA).
12. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges.
13. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
14. Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star and based two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21.
15. Concert tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events and festivals. Should there not be any gigs available on the dates that the winner wishes to travel, a choice of gig at an alternative NYC venue will be offered.
16. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group (on behalf of Global) cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Should the winner purchase their ESTA through a third party rather than the official site, NDL will only reimburse the actual cost of the ESTA and not any of the fees involved.
17. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
18. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
19. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
