Win A Trip To No Man's Fort

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Vodafone Roaming Florence’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Sunday  27th August on Big Top 40.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
3. Details of the Competition:
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 82200 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
5. One entrant will be selected to play at random from all valid eligible entries.
6. The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry.
7. The winner will be announced and brought to air during the Big Top 40 show.
8. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

15. Return private transfers from the Station to the Harbour
16. Return boat transfers from the Harbour to the Hotel
17. 2 Nights’ accommodation at No Man’s Fort
18. Glass of prosecco on arrival
19. Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
20. Dinner for two people in the hotel restaurant each evening
21. Cheese and wine tasting for two people
22. Tour of No Man’s Fort including Orientation in the Atrium for two people
23. Use of Facilities. Include:

25. Rooftop hot tubs o Sauna
26. £250.00 spending money

1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Should the winner live more than 5 hours train travel time from their destination, flights will be sourced where possible, subject to availability.
2. Station to Harbour transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
3. Harbour to No Man’s Fort transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
4. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
5. Glass of prosecco on arrival will be served to over 18’s only.
6. Based on 2 adults enjoying a gourmet 3 course Dinner from the Mess Hall menu including mineral water and coffee.
7. Cheese and wine tasting is subject to availability and must be pre booked. Wine will be served to over 18’s only.
8. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
9. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
