John Lewis Christmas ad puts Gabrielle in the top 10
Over the last few years, the John Lewis Christmas ads have been responsible for some top ten hits and this year is no different.
In 2010 Fyfe Dangerfield's version of 'She's Always A Woman' made it in to the top ten and last year Slow Moving Millie's 'Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want' made it in to our chart.
This year the song accompanying the retail chain's snowman-led Christmas campaign is a cover of Franky Goes To Hollywood's seasonal hit, 'The Power Of Love' which was originally released in 1984.
The version used in the festive TV commercial has been recorded by 20-year-old, Somerset-born, singer Gabrielle Aplin. If you haven't seen the ad you can check it out below.
